From the moment a board or a batch of parts enters our laboratory on Ng Fong Street in San Po Kong, every sample is logged, tagged and routed through a defined sequence. PCB Assembly Inspection
Assembled circuit boards are visually and electrically examined to confirm that each part sits where the design intends. Our inspectors check solder fillets, pad registration, part polarity, lifting, bridging and the presence of foreign material under magnification.
Boards are measured against an approved build record, so a component that does not match the bill of materials becomes immediately visible. We report findings with board position and clear photographs so your rework team can act without guessing.
Functional Circuit Testing
Beyond visual inspection we apply real power and clocks. Functional testing confirms that an assembled circuit carries its intended signals under operating conditions, measuring supply rails, load currents, interface timing and output response.
Our bed-of-nails fixtures and edge-connector adapters hold boards steady while test vectors exercise every major function. The result is a board that does its job, not merely one that looks correct on the bench.
Component Authenticity Verification
The counterfeit market is a constant threat to reliability and to your reputation. We verify that purchased components are genuine by combining package measurement, surface marking review and electrical parameter checks against the trusted reference.
For higher-risk lots we inspect at the die level, confirming internal structure and markings that counterfeiters rarely replicate. When a batch is suspect it is quarantined and reported with evidence so you can return it and secure an authentic supply.
Environmental and Burn-In Screening
Component reliability is proven under stress, not in a comfortable drawer. Thermal cycling and controlled burn-in push samples through the operating extremes they will meet in service, exposing weak bonds and drifting parameters before they become failures in the field.
We document temperature profiles, soak times and measured drift at every interval. Parts that survive within specification are certified, while early-life failures are removed from the population and reported in full.
Standards Compliance Audits
Certifying bodies and customers will want proof that your hardware meets the standards they depend on. We run test sequences aligned with international frameworks for safety, emissions and quality and prepare the records those audits demand.

Rework and Failure Analysis
When a board or component does not pass, the question is always why. Our engineers open the failed sample, trace the signal path and identify the root cause so the defect can be removed, not merely replaced at random.
Where rework is economical we perform it under controlled conditions and retest the result to full specification. Where a design or supplier problem is the true source we say so clearly, saving your next batch from repeating the same mistake.
